Welcome to the coresuite license portal. Please read the following instructions carefully.
Important: Your previous account is going to be replaced with the Helpdesk Account / User. Please create here a new one and verify it by email in order to get access to the license portal again. Please note, that the login process is not working when your browser is set to incognito mode. Please use the regular Browser Settings in order to access the portal.
Please have a look at the Quick Starter Guide and the Introduction Video which shows the most important functionalities and how to use the license portal. We are continuously working on further improvements. In a first instance, please report blocking issues only which prevents you from working with the license portal. We wish you a lot of fun and pleasure with the new License Portal.
Important for Portal Admins / User Administrator: You can't add new users by yourself (users have to register via Helpdesk and will appear afterwards in the user administration) or delete any users. To simplify the access to the new license portal, all users who have ever registered for your company have been synchronized. Please report if you can see any inactive user we can remove and we will update the users accordingly.
